Developing Antibodies

PanGenetics is a therapeutic antibody company that specialises in developing antibodies from the late research stage through to clinical proof of concept.  The company is building up a portfolio of antibody drugs through in-licensing and employs a lean business model with most development activities outsourced.  The primary therapeutic focus of PanGenetics is on immune system related diseases and its most advanced program is PG102, a CD40 antagonist that has already shown promise in an open label Crohn's study.
